Stephanie was always available for a phone call. Since we are from out of town, she was always available to visit the houses during the time we needed on the weekends. After closing, she stayed with us to address the internet issue at the new condo and got all parties involved on a conference call (Management Company, Spectrum and us) to get me to have internet access that same day.
